I changed the settings on this next round to something more reasonable for camtrapping, so it will be interesting to see how it boosts the lighting. As I recall, I bumped ISO on both cameras to 400 and reduced flash power. Net effect should be a brighter image... hopefully not too much noise in the shadows.
