Hey all,

It's been raining pretty much non stop (with more coming) so not tons of activity on the camera except for continuing red foxes, which is very nice. My neighbor has seen a gray fox recently which is surprising to me for this habitat / area, but I'm really hoping to get it on the cam as I've never seen one before. Taken with my D3300 and 18-55mm lens at 30mm f/10 1/160 ISO 400. Flashes on each side at 1/8.

I got a real kick out of the male with the corn -- I guess from someone's compost pile or trash in the area.

Really enjoying this type of photography, and learning a lot via this forum and the field,

Excellent photographs. Fox are far more omnivorous than most people realize and that one has a dandy trophy.

Are your foxes repeat customers? I have a couple that seem to visit my trap over and over. They seem very curious and definitely have personalities of their own.

Thanks all, much appreciated. I'm pretty sure they're a mating pair as they generally are seen going in the same direction / paths. The guy with the corn is definitely a repeat costumer, and I think I've gotten the female before about a month or so ago and she looked pregnant then, so I'm guessing they've denned up close by. I think theres another decent sized male that hangs around as well but he seems the most skittish compared to these two.
