How many 3volt battery holders can be run in parallel? I have did two holders before run in parallel but was wondering if I could get away with doing three, 3volt holders in parallel? Wanted more lasting power for a few S600’s .. thoughts? Answers? Suggestions ?

I've always run the 1.2v NiMH in those cams. 2 inside the cam with others as externals. I run either 2 x 1.2v in series for externals. I sometimes use 2 x 1.2v in series plus another 2 x 1.2v in series which I then wire in parallel to = 4 x 1.2v cells which = 2.v total. I hope that makes sense. Basically, I use the 1.2v NiMH cells instead of the 1.5v alkaline cells and they work fine. I don't see why you couldn't use as many cells as you want in parallel so long as the voltage doesn't exceed 2.4v for NiMH or 3.v for alkaline. That's my understanding and experience with them.

You can run as many as you want I'd say as long as nothing is over 3 volts

That would be my reasoning as many as you want.
