I’m Brad from Boulder CO, and just deployed my first (working) DSLR camera trap a month ago. Attached is a picture of my favorite dog helping me with a trigger test and a recent (wild) capture with the new rig. Still learning how to use my speedlights in an artful way. Hope to capture some cats soon.

If that rabbit was wild caught by that fox, I'd say you are off to a promising start. Plus I like your buddy.

Wild caught rabbit was a very promising start! Very little activity since... In a couple of weeks, I'll likely move down trail where the terrain "funnels".

Hey Brad, welcome to the best forum on camera trapping...it looks like you are off to a good start with the fox/rabbit shot...sometime it'll get frustrating but if you keep a stiff upper lip, it is very rewarding in the long run..!
