This one was a test I did. I changed to 3 dips and changed some other stuff. I looked at it on the bread board and you are correct. Red, Red, Orange on the resistor. The 4 dips gave me a near identical value on one or two settings.

I am just starting to play with these chips again. The 8M2 looks like just the ticket to make a trilcam the size of a deck of card.

I haven't looked at that one yet. I'm thinking of playing with the 28X2 and getting back to the 18M2. I like the extra pins and memory.

The 8M2 is 8 pins with 2048 bytes of memory. More than enough for everything.
