This is a 16 mp camera and has Ralphs Safari Camera Controller board in it. This board is his older style and now he makes them even smaller as you well know. I like the stackable power backpacker and it works slick. Pretty simple build with just a stand alone flash. This is a VR-350 and I followed Ralphs Olympus VR-340 - VR-370 hack tutorial to hack the camera. The VR-340, 350, 360, and 370 I beleive are the same hack and if not doing the video portion of the hack it is one of the simplest hacks to do if you like running your wires out the top. Thanks to Johnny (JDH) and Ralph for the help with this camera as it was the first camera I have done with a shared common wires. I have a new snorkel for this camera as well and it will work with the VR340, 350, 370 for sure but I presume it will work with the 360 s well. This camera is very responsive and fairly quick. I will set it out hopefully in the next month and share some pics on the forum.

I am probably gonna open up that panny SZ7 cam and am thinking the hack is the same or very similar to the SZ02. Like you had mentioned has a stereo mic so that will be one difference. I will do another DV/NS with it as I want to try the 1080p it has for video. If the timing is different I will be in contact. Lol.... Also may do a VR-340 with one of those baby slaves but not a video build. This may not happen until fall or winter as fishing season is now upon us here in Saskatchewan. Lol
