this is my last set at 2 hour walk...
prepared for the eagle, trying to set the photograph. i placed the canon 600d (left) and a trailcam mms (right) to get new in real-time... in the middle a skin of a chamois and a kg of always chamois meat...

testing, preparation and setting of the set...

this is the final setting, waiting for the eagle position right on the rock in the foreground... :pleeze

after trying two years without success, this year the eagle has surprised me... less than 24 hours after I leave the set she was there and was photographed for a few hours tow day in a row...
here the mms I've seen the morning when was at work!!!

and... on the rock :cheers

Saturday have not gone because I was hunting... Sunday start snowing!!!
this is Monday...

and now it's snowing from 3 days... maybe is all covered by 1,5 meters of snow....
for the photo of the canon we have to wait a bit... :tinkin

What a beautiful landscape! The eagle and the chamois are certainly giving the camera the
"once over" (that is, a careful inspection). Nice to see their fearless reaction. I expect you'll get more.

Are there any lammergeier left in the Alps?

Thanks for the post -- it's a treat to see a trail camera set in the Alps.

Beautiful setting and very nice looking set-up. The photographs you get should be superb. Like the codger, I'd love to see a photo of a lammergeier if there are any to be photographed.

That's going to be a dandy photo of the eagle on the rock....does look like a good climb to check the cameras.
