Finaly got out today to put out a cam , weather has been bad all spring here . The visual is made from flight feathers from the turkey I got earlier , drilled a small hole in the quill then added a small ring & a fishing weight & line , it looks quite good in the wind . Also I sprayed the feathers with clear lacquer to help water proof them . The camera is a Canon T5i with a wired 580 EX flash ETTL & auto focus set . The camera is pointed at a good sized log that you can't see in the photos , the idea is for whatever to get up on the log to get at the feathers . O the caller is a lucky duck with external batteries .

Nice set! I especially appreciate the extra effort that you put into the visual lure - i.e. the weight and swivel attached above the feathers. Very nice touch and one that I will incorporate into some of my sets too. Thanks for that tip - otherwise wind is often an issue and tangles the feathers into a fixed position rendering the lure useless.
