I'd say around there. He'll start bulking up for winter soon.

You looking for ways to kill them during the season or can you remove them from the population with a nuisance tag for the farm?

When that corn starts to get ripe the dang bears will lay on the ground and pull it down to them, seems they just roll around in it to, and they will flatten out 15 ft square in a night per bear. Between them, the coons, crows and gray squirrels...I'd say we only get left with 1/3-1/2 of the crop, though we do harvest a portion to give to the chickens and bait a couple stands. What we plant is not for production so much as food plots and the corn is probably only a total of 5-10 acres depending on what we decide to plant and where for a given year.
I would guess that bear is a 2-3 year old and should be around 200 when fall comes(tough to say from that pic).

They love apples and berries...old jelly or jam, some apples, and some bacon grease will get him in front of you in a hurry - just depends on when he prefers to show up as to if you can shoot him or not. Are you allowed to bait them?
