OK, so I'm not complain here, so let's just get that straight :) Just goes to show ya though. I've got 6 cams in the area, he hits 3 of them and here are the results. Which I might add, for you newcomers to this hobby. As for picture quality, this would be very typical for most of us camtrappers.

The good news for me is that this is the 3rd. cat to prowl this area as well as being the 2nd. male.

I never tire of seeing your lion photos. These are some of the biggest lions I've seen in North America. They are incredible animals. Congrats!

David, do you know what I have noticed about these cats. When they walk, their tail sways to the same side of their front lead paw. When they turn, their tails sway into the direction of the turn as well. I've only ever seen or should I say confronted, one in my life and he was a beautiful animal.
Yes Buck Hunter, it sure looks like an old Elk rubbed tree. There are loads of them in this immediate area of forest.
That's right Casey it is. This is a coastal temperate rainforest on the South West coast of Vancouver Island, BC. It must be such a contrast from your part of the world.
