This particular morning the ground was wet, the air was cold and very damp. He stood there for 35 seconds just looking and listening, as cats often do. I think what saved me here was that I have an umbrella placed above this set :ding Here's the pre-edited story told in pictures.

I never tire of seeing mountain lions from your area. They are buff and in such great shape. I know they eat birds along the shore because I remember one with a swan, posted years ago. I'm not sure if that was yours or not. Do they eat fish?

Any compliment coming from you regarding my Cougar pics, is indeed a compliment....thanks David.

I did post some pics 2 years ago of a Wolf standing over a freshly killed Mute Swan. Over the following weeks I came across Wolf scat with Mute Swan and Canada Goose feathers in it. Do they eat fish, I would not doubt that at all.
