I have found in camtrapping, there are many disappointments. This time though, it seems the camtrapping gods have smiled on me. In checking cams today I came across something totally unexpected,,,,...sandhill cranes. I've seen them many times in the area but they are usually in the ag fields, never in the woods. This is definitely a first for me. My only regret is they weren't on one of my homebrews.

Cool! The camtrapping gods has given you a hint. "Go forth and make a set for big bird."

That's pretty neat, congrats on the awesome pics! Have you heard them calling? They sound like a velociraptor :)
