I was looking for some specific footage the other day and ran across this footage from 2013 that I didn't know I had. Crazy.

Yes, and they typically hold onto their spots until the 11th - 13th month based on flash photos from homebrew units. That is really the only way to see them in the last stages. This lion is about 11 months old.
