Roosevelt Elk calves are born and are hanging close with the herd. More Columbia Blacktail Deer this year than previous 2 years. Bears are a constant visitor and doing their thing. A pair of Wolves have been making the rounds and are not far behind the herd. All but one of this years Wolf pics have come during broad daylight hours.

Wow, a nice selection, and that soft lighting is great. Have you ever tried a cam under those recesses under the river bank? -- risky if its a tidal creek, but a place for mink) and the inevitable raccoon) shots.

Thanks guys, this is my Sony W300 set to AUTO everything and ISO 200. I use it with a 45 degree flash deflector in front of the cams flash outlet. To trigger a remote vivitar slave placed a foot above it.

Well Chris, that's not a bad idea now that you mention it, maybe I will. I do see many signs of Mink and Otter just downstream from here.

Columbia Blacktail Deer. I have now edited the original post to now reflect that.
