Lost quite a few Deer this Spring due to vehicle collisions. Here are some pics of one lucky pair still with their mom and an orphaned fawn. The pics were taken in my backyard where I test out my new builds. Sony S600, W100 & W200 were the cams used.

I have 3 driveway alarms, plenty of regular Deer and loads of test cameras. What I have learned about Deer behaviour in the last year has been surprising. It's all about surviving, fierce competition, zero family ties after the Doe fawns and no sympathy whatsoever to an injured relative. So it's nice to see them at this stage in their life. Full of piss and vinegar and so much fun to watch.

Lovely portraits and they look strong and healthy. This is probably not mom's first litter.
