An old co-worker of mine once wrote a humorous essay titled "Should the use of plastic flagging be regulated by an act of the legislature?" Can't help but thinking the answer should be a loud YES!

I am missing something here, what's the story, what's with his eyes, why do his ears look fake?

I think that all flagging tape should be made of corn starch which would make it 100% biodegradable. Flagging tape should only be used as a temporary marker to begin with. Although the post was only about a humorous picture of a local Deer. I get your point Woody and can't help but agree.

BTW, I got pics of him the next day and the tape was gone. Likely littered somewhere else in the woods I recon.

It's nothing more than a picture of a Deer with flagging tape around its antlers Trev. The ears are real alright, maybe a bit overexposed with the flash going off at 5 ft. away from him, that's all. Just the angle of his eyes to the flash. You either get red eye, white eye or natural eyes, all depends on the angle of the flash in respect to the lens and to the subjects eyes.
