I think the permissions need to be tweaked. I like the google spreadsheets idea. We used them for a couple of contract jobs I had last year. I'd like to suggest the Sony H55 so far. The flash doesn't seem to be too close to the lens and according to dpreview it has the same flash as what they have listed for the P41. Its not out yet, but I'm impatiently waiting.

Works great now. I can't edit it which is good, but I can see the specs.

Great! let me know if there's anything that needs to be added...or not needed.

Tony - I added the Sony H55 to the spreadsheet...plus a few others just for kicks. There's a new thread open to suggest cameras so if anyone else has a camera in mind post it up and I'll add the specs to the spreadsheet.

Where do you find the startup times and such? I noticed the flash stats on some of them are different than what I found, so I'm guessing these didn't come from dpreview. I don't really know of any other sites.

For the Sony cams I got the info from sony.ca...that site seems to have a ton of spec info on the cams. The others I got right from the manufacturers website. Tough thing is that the info isn't consistant between sites with what they list in the specs.

I've seen the S600 and P41 listed as the same flash on some sites. That's what got me wondering how much is worth believing.

True dat! I was trying to stick the manufacturer's specs for all the cams to be consistant , but really until we get some of the cams in hand to test for ourselves, that's about all a guy can go by for now.
