I got the camera apart this weekend, but ran into an equipment issue as my little rats got their grubby little paws on my small phillips screwdriver. Initially, the camera is very easy to open, but there are some small screws that anchor the electronics to the back case. I need to remove these to get to the power/shutter board. I am going to buy a new set of screwdrivers this week, and hope to have a hack update for you all this weekend.
I know several of you have tried to reach me, and I apologize for the continuing delay and not getting back to you. I have been very, very busy trying to get a new firm up and running in combination with everything that is going on with my kids. Time really does fly.
