Hawk/Owl set

Post by pastorjim08 »

This is my tried and true hawk/owl set. Over the years I've captured many owls and hawks on this set. The owl I really want to capture has so far eluded me though. He is a huge great horned that I have seen many times over the last 15yrs or so. I've never been able to entice him onto my perch though. Here are a few shots I have captured.ImageImageImage

Nice setup Jim... I like it when others show the setup they use to capture the photos. A real producer set. Good job

Hope you get a great horned pretty soon. Neat looking setup, do you use a chirper of any sort with the mice?

Well I did, until a coon got a hold of it and chewed it all up. Now I can't seem to find another one in stock any place.
