Rare Stuff
These screenshots are of a cow elk chewing on a leg bone of a deceased deer. She visited my set on April 3, 4, 5, and 6, and she displayed this behaviour on the first three appearances. I'm bringing up a salt block for her on my next trip back.

Wow, super interesting! I'm sure there is some nutrients still left in that marrow.

Re: Rare Stuff
I'll closely examine the bones on my next trip back, that should give me more clues on what part of the bones she has been chewing on. I'm sure that we can agree minerals are what she is after, but why is what I would like to know. Maybe it's because she has been shedding her winter coat, or it may be that she is pregnant...stay tuned!
