Cool Coyote

I hiked up to this spot today, hoping for some bobcat and lion photos. I had three pictures of this coyote and 48 video clips
of a wind whipped ridge. Oh, and I had two video clips of a helicopter flying by. I'm not sure if the sensor picked up the helicopter or if it was simply coincidence.

Just picture a mountain lion or bobcat standing where this coyote is posing. I love the background for this setup.

Yes, it sure is a healthy one. I probably have less than 15 coyote pictures from the last 5 years. I never would have thought that a coyote would be more difficult to photograph than a mountain lion. But that has proved to be the case.

Same problem I have. All kinds of sign around, but they never seem to cross paths with the cams.
