First fawn fo the year?

This is a W55 IR with a Vivitar 2800 slave with a peanut controlled by a Yeti board in a 1060. I have an IR filter over the lens instead of regular glass. I was quite shocked at the first photo. I haven't seen a coyote here since '02. I saw tracks that I dismissed as a dog since there is a Britney spaniel that runs loose around here all the time and shows up on my cams. Now I wonder how many of the tracks I saw were from this coyote. The trail comes from behind and to the left so I think it was following another coyote. It seems odd to get it coming into the photo. The last picture is cropped but the deer is over 20 yards away. It looks rather tiny, but it can't be made out at this range in black and white.

This is the one I built to test my theories on the other W cams in the 1060's I built a couple weeks ago.

Looks like a yearing from last year. I'm surprised that the W55 is still so dark with the 2800.

I have a filter over the flash and the lens. That big hemlock is 20 yards away. The other factor I think is the close up elderberry bush reflecting light back into the camera.

Nice pics. Can't tell, but it sure looks like a small deer.

I can't judge if it's a fawn but I do know your daytime pics look like something out of an Ansel Adams collection. :coolpics Great contrast!
