Can you post a picture or two of your wiring?

we followed the pattern you entered on an equal footing, the flash starts only at the second shot, it can't wake him up in time I don't know if the machine is too fast or for what

Without seeing your setup, it's hard to troubleshoot remotely. So, connect your flash to the camera with your cable. Open all your connections, take a voltmeter and start from the camera and measure the voltage on the wake pin. With the shutter pressed half way down, you should see between 3 and 4 volts. That voltage will stay until the camera returns to the sleep mode. Then move down your wiring and check the same place on your remote hotshoe before the isolation diode and after the diode. You should see close to the same voltage. Somewhere between the camera and the flash there is a break.
