Trespassers on 3 of 4 cameras

Post by tbass »

I yanked all of my cams except the S600 Yeti high on the tree.

This first guy I got on the S600 twice and then on the W55 once. He was pretty good or really blind. The S600 is camo'd pretty good and about 7ft high. But the W55 is a black 1020 about 4 and a half feet off the ground. Eye level if your more than 4 feet out in front of it.

This guy came right through the heart of the property and through some brush. Nothing like busting your own trail on some one else's land.

This guy and his kids were on the S600, and I don't think they saw it. They certainly saw the W55. The "grown up" seems to have tried to twist it off the tree or something.

See the guy and his kid at my W55 in the background?

Here is the series of pics while he was readjusting the camera.

Some people! You did right pulling your cams. They might be back with tolls to remove them if you hadn't.

The guy with kids was there at about 10:15AM and I was there about 2:15PM the same day. I was originally supposed to meet a friend and be there about 10AM. I'm kinda glad I was late. I would have surely said some things to the guy that probably shouldn't be said in front of kids.

Is the land posted and these guys are just blatanly ignoring the signs? People seem to have no respect anymore, and one Dad is teaching his son that's it's okay so you'll have another generation to deal with as well.

There are a few signs, but not as many as should be.

That sucks, but glad the cams are OK. I got a guy and his daughter on my cams a year ago. Wound up pulling my cams and put them in a different area a couple hundred yards away. This past Dec. the guy walked up on me. Scared the bee geevies out of me. We have since become friends and I send him pics when I get them. He lives near by and is going to put me on some lions as soon as the weather warms up some here.
