GoPro 2 field of view setting

So I just put my GoPro build in the woods for testing. I put it on wide field of view. What setting has the other GoPro uses found to be best? Thanks

Set it to medium.

Also shut the sound off and it must be set to one button mode. Also to 1080p. As far as the other settings I will have to look once I check next time .. not sure why I have not wrote it all down ...

Thanks. I do have sound off, one button mode and 1080 but I’ll have to change to medium.
