The Old Shed Set and Others

Post by Willy »

Been walking by this old outbuilding for a couple of years now. Every Winter there are several sets of tracks in and around it, including squirrel, rabbit and fox. I stuck a cam inside the main entrance facing out to see what is passing through. Kind of a neat perspective.

There's lots of fox in this area chasing the bunnies. If you've ever been on a fox trail in the Winter, the males mark their territory often. I stuck a piece of brush in the snow so it overhung the road and "marked my territory."

Got the rear end of a snowshoe with a P32 IR.

A few deer:

More from the "Siberian Tiger Set." Red squirrels sure like their meat they were the ones to chew through the twine to get the Ribeye on the ground.

I also like the abandoned building photos. Put a little canine call lure about 3 feet up on the door jambs and see what happens. I really like the grey fox shots.
