Snapshot Sniper Shutting Down

Post by ghoot »

After more than 21 years, sadly, it's time to shut down. Sales have been pretty much not existent for the last few years, but I kept it going as long as I could. Also, the Dems passed a small business killing law called The Corporate Transparency Act that would require hiring someone just to figure out how to comply with it. You have to report to the Department of Treasury and can actually go to jail if the info is wrong, even something like the business address, so it's just not worth it. If you have a small business and haven't heard of it, you need to get started now because it has to be done by Jan. 1st 2025 unless the courts fix it before then.

Anyway, it has been fun and I really appreciate all of you guys business and friendship over the years. I'll still check in here from time to time, but if you need to contact me in the future my email is gary.kohout@gmail.com. The mail@snapshotsniper.com email address will still be good for a couple more months. I do have a few things left and some boards that have the surface mount parts installed but will need the hand solder parts to be done. Hit me up if there's something you need and I'll see if I have it.
